The market

The number of stem cell clinics grew almost five times in five years.

A study in the journal Cell Stem Cell counted 570 clinics in 2016 and 2,754 in 2021, the most recent national count. California, Texas and Florida have more than 300 clinics each. Your patients now have a choice of clinics, and they choose the one they have seen and trust.

The gap in the market

Demand is growing. Most stem cell marketing still breaks the rules.

Clinics that advertise within the rules can keep advertising. Clinics that do not lose their ad accounts, or face the FTC.

The claims
82%

Average success rate that clinics claimed when researchers asked them about knee treatment. Claims ranged from 55% to 100%.

The regulator
0

Regenerative medicine therapies approved by the FDA for any orthopedic condition, including osteoarthritis and back pain.

The penalty
$5,155,146

Ordered in refunds and civil penalties against a stem cell marketing group, which is now banned from marketing regenerative treatments.

A clinic that explains its treatment honestly, makes no promise about results and offers a consultation can advertise on Meta every day of the year. Very few clinics do this well. That is the gap.

What we do

One system, from the first ad to the booked consultation

We build and run all four parts for you. Your team consults and treats.

01

Compliant ads

Meta ads written to Meta, FDA and FTC rules. They explain the treatment and offer a consultation. They never promise a result.

02

Patient screening

Every inquiry answers questions about their condition, what they have tried, and whether they can pay for care themselves.

03

Fast follow-up

Each inquiry gets a reply within 60 seconds, day or night. Then a real person calls, qualifies and books.

04

Booked consultations

Qualified patients go straight onto your calendar, with reminders until they arrive.

Sample ads

Video ads that say "stem cell therapy" and stay inside the rules

Three sample ads, about 30 seconds each. They name the treatment. They do not promise a result, name a condition the viewer has, or show a before and after.

Three questions before you book

Teaches the viewer what to ask any clinic.

Who should not book

Says plainly that nobody can promise a result.

What the numbers look like for a clinic

Published campaigns for regenerative medicine practices report qualified leads at about $23 to $25 each on Facebook. Our planning model turns ad spend into booked consultations, patients and revenue, using your own case value and close rate.

Who we work with

Built for established stem cell clinics

We work with one clinic in each metro area, so the clinics we work with do not compete with each other.

  • You offer stem cell or regenerative treatment for joints, spine or sports injuries
  • Your physicians can take more consultations each month
  • You know your average case value and your close rate
  • You want advertising that follows Meta, FDA and FTC rules

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can stem cell clinics advertise on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. Meta allows ads from stem cell clinics when the ads follow its advertising standards. The ad cannot state or imply that the viewer has a medical condition, and it cannot make a misleading health claim. Ads that explain the treatment and offer a consultation are allowed.

Can stem cell clinics advertise on Google?

Mostly no. Google Ads does not allow the promotion of cell or gene therapies. In the United States there is an exception for FDA licensed or approved therapies advertised by the license holder, and Google allows ads that are only educational or informational.

What can a stem cell ad not say?

It cannot promise a result, claim to cure or treat a disease, or say the treatment is FDA approved when it is not. On Meta it also cannot address the viewer as someone who has a condition, for example "Do you suffer from knee pain?".

How many stem cell clinics are there in the United States?

The most recent national count is a 2021 study in Cell Stem Cell. It found 1,480 businesses operating 2,754 clinics that sell stem cell treatments directly to patients. In 2016 the same researcher counted 351 businesses and 570 clinics. As of October 2026 we have not found a newer national count.

How much do patients pay for stem cell therapy?

A 2018 study in the Journal of Knee Surgery asked U.S. clinics for the price of one stem cell injection for knee osteoarthritis. The 65 clinics that gave a price quoted an average of $5,156, with a range from $1,150 to $12,000. Patients pay this themselves.

Do you guarantee results?

We put a guarantee on booked, qualified consultations in writing, because that is the part we control. We explain the terms on your strategy call. We do not guarantee treatment sales, because the consultation and the decision belong to your physicians and the patient.

Do you work with more than one clinic in the same city?

No. We work with one clinic per metro area.
